Rebecca Clark, LMFT

Hello! I am deeply honored to be speaking on the EFT Intensives panel, as my passion lies in helping couples find lasting connection through Emotionally Focused Therapy Intensives. As an early adopter of EFT, I became Maine’s first ICEEFT-certified therapist and EFT supervisor, and for over 20 years, I have dedicated my practice to helping couples and individuals heal and strengthen their relationships.

One of the most meaningful aspects of my work is offering two- and three-day EFT Intensives for couples in the beautiful setting of mid-coast Maine. These immersive experiences provide a powerful opportunity for couples to break free from negative cycles and rediscover the closeness and clarity they long for. In addition to intensives, I have facilitated multiple Hold Me Tight® (HMT) and Created for Connection (C4C) workshops (including in East Africa on EFT Externship Immersion trips), led EFT webinars, and provided clinical supervision to EFT therapists in both individual and small group settings.

Like many of you, I’m committed to building and sustaining a strong EFT community. I co-founded and co-direct EFTMaine to support local therapists and respond to the growing need for effective couples therapy. Beyond my professional life, my roles as a wife, mother, and person of faith, as well as my diverse cross-cultural experiences, deeply shape my work, grounding it in authenticity, connection, and hope.
